On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, from 3.00 to 4.30 pm, was “FOOD4CLIMATE – Our Food Choices for Climate Action“, an online event organized by the Barilla Foundation and hosted as part of the #All4Climate – Italy 2021 agenda. With the aim of making 2021 a fundamental year for climate ambition, All4Climate – Italy 2021– launched by the Italian Ministry for Ecological Transition together with the World Bank Group’s Connect4Climate, with the participation of the Regional Government of Lombardy and the Municipality of Milan – wanted to promote a broad dialogue on the challenges posed by climate change and facilitate the achievement of the Paris Agreement goals. The “FOOD4CLIMATE” side event was part of this initiative and will provided an opportunity to present the results and lessons learned from the EU Life project SU-EATABLE LIFE, a three-year project aiming to encourage discussion on how to promote healthy and sustainable diets as a strategy to mitigate climate change.
